面向21世纪的上海市抗震防灾研究目标

摘要

In this paper,the present situation of earthquake -resistance and disaster prevention for Shanghai city is investigated.Facing the serious threat from strong earthquake attack in the near future, major vulnerable spots for disaster prevention and urgenttasks to upgrade the integrated disaster mitigation ability are pointed out.Combing the actual situation of Shanghai city,topics for further studies are suggested from the point of technical and administrative aspects of earthquake engmeering.%本文首先分析上海市抗震防灾的现状,针对面临今后严峻的地震破坏威胁,指出上海市当前防震减灾的主要薄弱环节和为提高综合防灾减灾能力需解决的若干紧迫问题.并结合上海市实际情况,就工程抗震技术和管理的角度对需要进一步深入研究解决的课题提出建议.
