广州琶洲PZB1301项目抗震性能设计

     

摘要

基于性能的抗震设计方法是现代工程抗震理论发展的重要方向.本工程采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,辅以钢斜撑传递悬挑结构内力.设计中立足于承载力和变形能力的综合考虑,针对框架梁柱、钢斜撑、转换梁、核心筒、节点等不同构件的受力情况,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,通过小震弹性、中震弹性以及大震弹塑性分析,结构整体及各构件的抗震性能均能达到预期的性能目标,满足我国抗震规范所提出的"小震不坏,中震可修,大震不倒"的要求.%Performance-based seismic design method is the important development direction of modern anti-seismic engineering theoryin this project, reinforced concrete frame-corewall structure system is used and the internal force of the cantilever structure is ransferred by using skew steel brace. With the force condition of frame columns,frame beams,skew steel braces,trasfer beams, core tube ,joints and so on,the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the structure are comprehensively considered, and the performance-based seismic design method is adopted during the design process. According to the elastic analysis under light or medium carthquake and clasto-plastic analysis under strong carthlquake, the seismic behavior of whole structure and each structural member reach the expected objective, and meet the requirements of Chinese current seismic code:“no damage under light earthquake, repirable under medium earthquake, and no-collapse under strong earthquake.”
