美国佛罗里达大学在线教育技术博士项目设计研究及启示

         

摘要

In order to understand the status quo of online doctoral training in the United States, this paper takes the online Ed.D. in Educational Technology at the University of Florida as example and deeply analyzes the design concept and theoretical basis of the program. Research findings indicate that: (1) the theory of Connectivism provides the channel and medium for knowledge innovation of online PHD education. (2) Applying the group theory of inquiry can help the doctoral students to interact and communicate in virtual learning environment and integrate into project-based learning to the greatest extent. (3) The combination of academic and practical ideas of PHD education is helpful to train doctor's ability to solve problems. Under the background of promoting education informatization in China, this paper puts forward some enlightenments to the reform of training model for Chinese PHD education: 1) set up network learning space and change the training model of PHD education; 2) improve the information technology application ability and literacy of university teachers; 3) highlight practicality of PHD Education.%为了了解美国在线博士的培养现状, 文章以美国佛罗里达大学在线教育技术博士项目为例, 深入分析了项目的设计理念和理论基础.研究发现: (1) 联通主义理论为在线博士教育的知识创新提供了渠道和介质;(2) 应用探究团体理论有助于博士生在虚拟学习环境中的互动交流并最大限度地融入项目学习中;(3) 学术性与实践性相结合的教育博士培养理念, 有助于培养博士生解决问题的能力.在我国积极推进教育信息化的背景下, 文章提出了对我国博士教育培养模式改革的启示:第一, 建立网络学习空间, 变革博士教育模式;第二, 提高高校教师信息技术应用能力和素养;第三, 突出教育博士培养实践性的原则.
