一种小型化声表面波程控相关器的设计

     

摘要

介绍了一种小型化声表面波程控相关器的设计方法,采用高温共烧陶瓷(HTCC)技术,大大提高了集成度。对于理论值为8:1的信号码,该程控相关器输出相关峰的主旁瓣比实测值与理论值仅相差0.34dB。相关器体积小,工艺简单,可靠性高。%A new design of miniaturized surface acoustic wave(SAW) programmable correlator is proposed.The high temperature cofired ceramics(HTCC) technology is applied to increase its density of integration.In the circuit simulation we test signal code whose theoretical value is 8:1.It has a good performance that its main-to-side lobe ratio of correlation peak gets a goodness of fit,between actual measurement and theoretical calculation,in which difference is only 0.34dB.Compared with the traditional ones,the new correlator has small volume,easy-processing property and high reliability.
