复方利血平片中硫酸双肼屈嗪含量测定方法的探讨

摘要

目的：考察复方利血平片中硫酸双肼屈嗪在含量测定过程中影响溶液稳定性的关键因素。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，考察超声、振摇、pH值等因素对复方利血平片中硫酸双肼屈嗪溶液稳定性的影响。结果：复方利血平片中硫酸双肼屈嗪随溶液pH值的升高而降解加速。结论：溶液pH值对复方利血平片中硫酸双肼屈嗪的稳定性有较大影响。%Objective:To find the key factors affecting the stability of solution during the determination of dihydralazine sulfate in com-pound reserpine tablets.Method:Using HPLC to study the factors ( such as ultrasonic, shaking and pH value) which affect the stabil-ity of solution during the determination of dihydralazine sulfate in compound reserpine tablets.Results:The degradation of dihydrala-zine sulfate in compound reserpine tablets was accelerated with the increase of pH value.Conclusion:The pH value of the solution has a great influence on the stability of dihydralazine sulfate in compound reserpine tablets.
