特女贞苷含量对贞芪扶正颗粒质量评价的意义

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of Specnuezhenide in Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules quality assessment system by determ-ing the contents of it in samples from different manufacturers and different batches.Methods:123 Batches of Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules samples were detected and the contents of Specnuezhenide were statistically analyzed.Results:The contents of Specnuezhenide were 0-71.2 mg/bag, a significant difference exhibited among the 123 batches samples from different manufacturers.Conclusion: It is necessary to add the item of determining Specnuezhenide in the standard in order to control the quality of Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules more effectively and comprehensively.%目的：通过检测不同厂家不同批次贞芪扶正颗粒中特女贞苷的含量，以确定该成分在贞芪扶正颗粒质量评价中的可行性。方法：测定所收集到的123批次贞芪扶正颗粒样品中特女贞苷成分的含量，并对所得结果进行统计分析。结果：送检的123批次样品中，经测定，特女贞苷的含量为0～71.2 mg／袋。由此可见，不同厂家、批次的特女贞苷含量差异较大。结论：有必要增加特女贞苷含量测定，从而更加有效全面控制贞芪扶正颗粒的质量。
