我国医院评审与JCI认证比较与借鉴

摘要

The article discussed the similarities and differences between hospital accreditation in China and JCI certification, in order to provide learning and reference for a new hospital accreditation cycle. In combination with situation of hospital and accreditation status in China, we analyzed and compared the similarities and differences between hospital accreditation in China and JCI certification on certification policy, evaluation criteria and evaluation procedures, and to explore the implementation effect and practical experience. JCI was on the purpose of improving medical safety and quality for patientsworldwide. Its hospital accreditation standards and investigation procedures were authenticated by ISQua. The use of management tools to assess hospital quality, provide accreditation ideas and interpretation standards, and maximize the effectiveness of assessment benefit, was worth of learning.%为探讨我国医院评审与JCI认证的异同，为新周期医院评审提供借鉴和参考。作者结合我国医院现状及评审情况，分析比较与JCI认证相较在评审政策、评审标准、评审程序方面的异同点，探寻实施效果和实践经验。JCI以改善全球范围内患者医疗安全与质量为宗旨，医院评审标准和调查程序经由ISQua认证，使用管理工具评估医院质量状况、提供评审思路和解读标准、引领评审效益最大化等做法值得我国借鉴。
