北京地区71家基层医疗机构2010-2012年皮肤病用药使用情况分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the usage of dermatologicals in 71 primary health care institutions in Beijing form 2010 to 2012. Methods: Statistics of the usage of dermatologicals in 71 primary health care institutions in Beijing form 2010 to 2012 were performed. Results:Statistics of the usage of dermatologicals in 71 primary health care institutions in Beijing form 2010 to 2012 sorted by name, manufacturer, consumption month and hospital location and class were in full text. Conclusion: The most frequently used dermatologicals were halometasone, miconazole, and povidone-iodine. The most dominant medicine manufacturers were Xian-Janssen and Ogilvy &Mather. The amounts of drugs consumed were similar in different month, and they were consumed more at the end of the year. The average amounts of drugs used in class II hospitals were greater than that in class I hospitals.%目的：研究北京地区71家基层医疗机构2010-2012年皮肤病用药使用情况。方法：对参与“北京基层医疗机构药物利用评价及用药合理性监测研究”的71家基层医疗机构2010-2012年皮肤病用药的使用情况进行统计。结果：北京地区71家基层医疗机构2010-2012年皮肤病用药使用情况按药品名称、生产厂家、月份、医院归属地和分级统计见正文。结论：使用药品以卤米松、咪康唑、聚维酮碘为主，药品生产厂商以西安杨森和香港奥美制药厂占优势。各月使用数量较为稳定，年底使用较多。二级医院的平均使用数量和金额要高于一级医院。
