一例阿昔洛韦致急性肾功能衰竭的病例分析

摘要

目的：探讨阿昔洛韦致急性肾功能衰竭的原因和处理方法。方法：对一例阿昔洛韦致急性肾功能衰竭的病例进行总结、分析，包括患者的病情，阿昔洛韦的用法用量，给药浓度，合并用药情况及处理方法。结果：本病例为阿昔洛韦超剂量使用所致的急性肾功能衰竭，当然也不排除其他药物协同作用导致。结论：阿昔洛韦致急性肾功能损害的问题值得关注，早期发现，及时停药，预后较好。临床药师应注意药物的不良反应、相互作用，对于存在大剂量静脉用药或有潜在的肾脏损害等高危因素时，应重视ARF的发生，及时干预，合理用药。%Objective: To study the causes and treatment of acute renal failure caused by acyclovir. METHODS a case of suspected acute renal failure caused by acyclovir was summarized and analyzed, including the patient's condition, drug dosage, drug concentration, combination therapy and treatment. RESULTS This is a case of antibiotic-associated diarrhea (does not exclude the synergy of concomitant medications). CONCLUSION Acyclovir-induced acute renal failure is worthy of attention, and the prognosis is good with early detection and timely withdrawal. Clinical pharmacists should pay attention to adverse drug reactions, drug interactions. For large doses of intravenous drug or potential kidney damage risk, we should pay more attention to the occurrence of ARF, intervene timely and use drug rationally.
