目的：了解北京市东城区社区门诊处方现状，以提高处方质量，促进临床合理用药。方法：随机抽取2014年1月到2014年12月东城社区的门诊处方1200张，对处方用药基本指标进行统计和点评，并对不合理处方进行归类和分析。结果：处方平均用药品种数为1.94种；以高血压、糖尿病、冠心病等慢性疾病口服用药为主。注射剂处方27张。不合理处方167张。结论：重视处方点评工作，不断提高处方质量，保证药物合理应用。%Objective: To investigate the outpatient prescriptions in a community hospital in order to improve the quality of prescriptions and promote the more appropriate clinical use of drugs.Methods: A total of 1200 outpatient prescription forms, containing 2328 prescription orders, were randomly collected from January 2014 to December 2014. The prescriptions were reviewed based on clinical standards. The results were then analyzed for any demonstrable inconsistencies or patterns.Results: The average number of drugs prescribed per prescription form was 1.94. The most commonly prescribed dosage forms were tablets and capsules; only 27 of the orders were for parenteral medications. Of the 3777 diseases indicated on the prescription orders, the most common indications were: hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and coronary heart disease. Of the 2328 prescription orders, a total of 167 prescription orders were deemed inappropriate, primarily due to inappropriate dosing or frequency, indications, or diagnosis.Conclusions: It is essential to emphasize to pharmacists the importance of proper prescription review and its impact on the safety and quality of the medications dispensed and the subsequent patient outcomes.
