2011-2013年杭州地区20家医院胰岛素用药分析

摘要

目的：了解目前杭州地区胰岛素使用现状，分析用药特点及趋势。方法：对杭州地区11家三甲医院及9家二甲医院2011-2013年各种注射用胰岛素的用量、用药金额等数据进行统计分析。结果：杭州地区20家医院注射用胰岛素购药总金额三年内呈逐年上升趋势，2013年首次突破6000万元；胰岛素品种较固定，动物胰岛素制剂的用量较少，而基因合成的人胰岛素用量逐年增加；预混型胰岛素和长效胰岛素占据了80%以上的胰岛素市场，是今后胰岛素制剂的发展方向。结论：胰岛素制剂品种趋向多样化，临床医师需根据患者情况合理选用，制定个体化治疗方案。%Objective: To analysis and evaluate the characteristics and the trend of insulin medication in Hangzhou region.Methods: Data obtained from 20 hospitals in Hangzhou region during 2011-2013 were statistically analyzed.Results: The sales amount for insulin injection in Hangzhou were on an upward trend year by year and the total amount in 2013 had exceeded 60,000,000 Yuan. The varieties of insulin injection were constant from 2011 to 2013. Annualsales of biosynthetic human insulin were much larger than that of purified animal insulin. The premixed insulin and long-acting insulin analogues were the best-selling products, which would be the development trend for future insulin preparations.Conclusion: Insulin preparations tend to be diversified. Clinicians should develop individualized insulin therapies depending on the condition of patients.
