论临床药师从科室轮转到专科化培养的必要性

摘要

Objective: To explore the necessity of the specialized training of clinical pharmacists.Methods: By my own clinical practice experience combined with the status of clinical pharmacists in China, we make a short review.Results: It is necessary for clinical pharmacists to join the specialized training, especially when the clinical pharmacists are lacking some experience.Conclusion:Since the development of Chinese medicine becoming more specific today, clinical pharmacists must improve the ability of themselves tofit the work better.%目的：探讨临床药师从科室轮转到专科化培养的必要性。方法：通过自身临床实践体会，结合我国临床药师现状进行阐述。结果：临床药师从科室轮转到专科化培养很有必要，尤其作为经验不足的临床药师可获益较多。结论：医药发展越来越细化的今天，临床药师要占有一席之地，必须学有所长，学有所专，轮转的目标是使临床药师专科化。
