Objective: To study the effects of the drugs intervention in clinical trial results and preventive measures.Methods: Clinical test data from February 2014 to February 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, the deviation caused by drug clinical test of 50 patients were analyzed, and the cases weresummarized, the deviation was analyzed, a detailed record of the above information were put forward to find out the prevention measurement. Results: Some drugs can affect clinical test results, clinical inspection sampling should try to avoid peak blood, and avoid gathering specimens in patients during intravenous drip or immediately after medication. If the patient condition allows, sampling could be taken a few days after drug withdrawal, thus effectively avoid drugs intervention. About the test results with doubt, inspection personnel need refer to the actual situation of the patients with medication; summarize its existence drug factors through comparing the way of another. If the test result is still in doubt, patients should be advised to retest after drug withdrawal. Conclusion: Before the implementation of clinical inspection, the patients should be carefully inquired about their recent drug use to prevent the drug intervention that affect the test results, thus to ensure more accurate clinical inspection report, and provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.%目的：分析研究药物对于临床检验结果的影响以及预防措施。方法：选取2014年2月到2015年2月临床检验资料实施回顾性分析，对由于服用药物导致临床检验结果出现偏差的50例患者进行分析，总结患者服用哪种药物出现检验结果偏差，对上述信息详细记录并且找出预防对策。结果：一些药物会对临床检验结果产生影响，临床检验取样应该尽量避开血药高峰期，不要在患者静脉滴注的时候以及用药之后马上采留标本，在患者病情允许的前提下，可以在停药几天之后取样，有效避免药物对检验结果造成影响，针对存在疑问的检验结果，检验人员需要按照患者的实际用药情况，总结其是否存在药物影响的因素，通过另外的方式进行对照测定，如果检验结果依然存有疑问，需要建议患者停药之后进行复查。结论：患者在实施临床检验之前，仔细询问其近期用药情况能够防止药物对临床检验结果产生影响的基本措施，能够保证为临床医师提供更加精准的临床检验报告，为疾病的诊断和治疗提供依据。
