准确的基线负荷计算是实施激励的需求响应项目的关键依据,是为参与需求响应项目用户提供补偿的重要前提。文章在分析用户用电行为特性的基础上,建立了基于统计学原理的用户分类体系,将用户划分为稳定型、趋势型和波动型3种,并分别提出各自适用的基线负荷计算方法。测试结果表明,对3种不同类别的用户而言,基于用户用电特性的基线负荷计算方法能获得更高的预测精度。%Accurate calculation of customer baseline load(CBL)is the key process of motivation-based demand response programs. It is a precondition of offering compensation to the customers who participate in these programs.This paper analyzes customer’s characteristics of electrical power consumption,according to which a customer classification method is proposed on statistical principle.This method classifies customers into three categories:stable,trending and undulatory.Procedures to each of the three categories are presented based on CBL.Results of numerical test show that the proposed method can improve the accuracy of CBL.
