样本户少提供了“购买”契机

People's Daily published the news of the discovery of TV ratings cheating for the first time on July 1,2010,CSM(the biggest rating agency in China)published ratings has been called into question because of contaminated sample households. Deficiendes of the industry ratings survey methods referred to in (no mass extraction and limitations of Diary Card, etc), is motivated by cost consideration. But a small amount of the sample households just provided an opportunity of the purchase of the ratings for some TV stations.%人民日报2010年7月1日首次刊登了《电视收视率发现造假行为》的消息,CSM(我国最大的收视率调查公司)公布的收视率也因被污染过的样本而遭到质疑。业内人士所称的收视率调查方法的先天不足(没有海量抽样以及日记卡法的局限等),是出于成本的考量。但样本户少却正巧给某些电视台提供了收视率的“购买”契机。
