孤独症干预方法有效性循证研究述评*--基于《孤独症谱系障碍循证干预指南》

摘要

《孤独症谱系障碍循证干预指南》包括孤独症干预方法有效性的六份重要的综述报告，从循证的视角即是否具有实证支持以及证据的强度对当前孤独症干预方法进行分类，并对其有效性进行说明和分析。阐述循证研究的概念；探讨综合性干预、定向干预、药理学和补充替代药物治疗三个类型干预方法的循证研究现状；对孤独症干预方法有效性研究的未来发展方向予以总结。%This paper reviewed six important review reports about effectiveness on autism intervention methods. From the evidence-based perspective, it classified the current autism intervention methods and analyzed and explained their effectiveness. At first, it explained the concept of evidence-based research. Then it discussed evidence-based research situations of comprehensive intervention, directed intervention and pharmacological and complementary and alternative medical treatment. At last, it summarized he future research directions of effectiveness on autism intervention methods.
