美国人口健康调查系统的残疾研究应用

摘要

美国人口健康调查系统是由联邦政府主导、各州配合的复杂人口健康监测体系,为美国残疾人研究提供了稳定可靠的数据来源.以智力与发育残疾人的健康与功能研究为例,利用健康调查系统数据库中已有的残疾相关数据,通过跨库合并、合理选题等方法可进行智力与发育残疾人的健康和医疗支出等相关研究.我国残疾人研究缺少人口健康数据,因此建立人口健康数据系统时可借鉴美国经验,为中国残疾研究提供便利.%The present study discusses the research project Health and Function of Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities: National Health Outcomes Indicators Program, primarily focusing on the utilization, features, strengths and weaknesses of the U.S. population health surveillance system. The discussion provides insight and suggestions to the design and setup of a disability-friendly Chinese population health surveillance system in the future.
