互联网+时代，随着科技创新的日新月异，我们在残疾人就业工作过程中通过不断摸索总结，对于残疾人人力资源开发也产生了新的认识。深入思考“科技赋能”现象，深化了对互联网+时代残疾人就业工作的认识。互联网+的时代为残疾人就业和人力资源开发工作提供了重大创新的契机。%In the Internet-plus age, the innovation of science and technology has been developing rapidly. Under this background, a new understanding of the development of the disabled human resources has been made during the process of constant exploration and reflections in our practical work in the employment of the disabled. In particular, this paper discusses "science and technology empowerment" phenomenon and then offers a new perspective of the employment of people with disabilities in the Internet-plus era. In conclusion, we believe that the Internet-plus era provides a great innovation opportunity for the employment of people with disabilities as well as for the development of the disabled human resources.
