从“残疾的隐喻”看残疾人就业的困境与对策

For a long time, the disabled should not only bear the inconvenience and pain caused by the life and work at the physical level, but also bear the metaphorical meanings in addition to the disability itself at the spiritual level. The existence of these metaphorical meanings make the disabled often suffer from the strange eyes and unfair treatment in the daily interpersonal communication, looking for a spouse and employment, and so on. In this paper, we will explore many metaphorical meanings that are ignored by people, and focus on the negative impact on the employment of the disabled, and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.%长期以来，残疾人不仅要在肉体层面忍受残疾本身给生活与工作带来的不便与痛苦，而且还要在精神层面承受加诸在残疾本身之上的那些隐喻意义。正是这些隐喻意义的存在，使得残疾人在日常交往、寻找配偶与就业等方面经常遭受异样的眼光与不公平的对待。本文将以挖掘深藏在残疾背后被人忽视的诸多隐喻意义为切入点，重点分析其对残疾人就业带来的不利影响，并且针对此提出相关的对策与建议。
