As an excellent curriculum and teaching management system (CMS) with open source code, Sakai provides many ex?cellent tools to realize the functions based on the network learning. On the basis of the practice and test instruments of Sakai, this paper probes into the features and methods using the tools of Sakai to realize the practice and tests of the curriculum and complet?ing the system of military theory to practice and test.%Sakai作为一个优秀的开放源代码的课程与教学管理系统(CMS)，提供了很多优秀的工具用以实现基于网络的学习功能。本为以Sakai的练习与测验工具为基础，探讨了利用Sakai工具实现课程练习与测试的方法与特点，实现了军事理论基础练习与测试系统。
