护理干预对分化型甲状腺癌患者131I治疗辐射的防止效果研究

Objective: To explorer the effect of nursing intervention on preventing the radiation of 131I treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer for patients. Methods: All 130 patients undergoing 131I treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer, who were from April 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital, were selected and divided into the control group and the intervention group randomly .Each group had 65 cases. The control group was given the routine nursing, while the patient in the intervention group received the effective nursing intervention on basis that. After that, the nursing satisfaction was compared between two groups. Results: The nursing satisfaction degree of the intervention group was 95.39%, which was higher than that of the observation group, with the nursing satisfaction degree 81.54%. There was a significant difference between two groups (x2=12.389 p=0.002<0.05). Conclusion: The effective nursing intervention could reduce the side-effect of radiation of 131I treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer for patients in Nuclear Medicine, decrease the incident of complication, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.%目的：探讨护理干预对分化型甲状腺癌131I治疗中辐射的防止效果。方法：选取2014年4月-2015年3月我院收治的分化型甲状腺癌行131I治疗患者130例，随机分为干预组和对照组，每组65例。对照组患者采用常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上增加针对有效的护理干预，比较两组患者的护理满意度情况。结果：干预组患者总满意率为95.39%，显著高于对照组的81.54%，两组比较，差异显著（x2=12.389 p=0.002<0.05）。结论：针对有效的护理干预可降低分化型甲状腺癌131I治疗辐射的影响，降低并发症的发生，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
