细长圆柱齿条齿廓铣夹具的设计

         

摘要

细长圆柱齿条齿廓在六点定位二点夹紧夹具中不能保证铣削精度.分析了齿廓切削状况和零件结构,设计了楔形夹紧块并采用下沉工作方式,避开铣刀切削运动干涉.齿廓切削区有限部位实行多点夹紧,消除了在固定周期交变铣削力作用下产生的振动,保证了齿廓的加工精度.工件在夹具中采用成组布置,提高了生产效率.%The accuracy of the milling in the six-point fixing two-point clamping fixture could not be guaranteed for the tooth profile of slender cylindrical gear. The cutting conditions of the tooth profile and the parts structure were analyzed, and a wedge-shaped clamping block was designed, meanwhile, the sinking working method was used to avoid the motion interference of the operation of milling cutter. Multi-point clamping method was used in the finite region of the cutting area, which eliminated the vibration caused by the action of milling force under the fixed alternating cycles and ensured the working accuracy of the tooth profile. The workpiece in the clamping fixture was arranged in groups, which improves the production efficiency.
