Based on the analysis of in-ear earphone mould structure,the NC machining processes of the core,cavity and insert parts were developed and optimized combined with the structural characteristics of the mould.Through the tool path simulation,the rationality of tool path was verified.Finally,the core,cavity and insert parts were machined according to the design of the machining program.By the detection,the processing requirements were achieved.%在入耳式耳机盒模具结构分析的基础上,结合该套模具的结构特点,制定并优化型芯、型腔、镶块零件的数控加工工艺,通过刀路仿真模拟,验证刀路的合理性.最后,根据优化设计出的加工程序,进行了型芯、型腔、镶块的实物加工,通过检测,达到了加工要求.
