一模二腔薄壁塑件注塑模具结构优化设计

     

摘要

Two kinds of gating system schcmes were proposed for thin-wall plastic parts.Through the simulation of flow analysis,the optimum gating system scheme was determined.Based on the optimal gating system scheme,three cooling analysis schemes were proposed for cooling analysis.The optimal cooling scheme was determined through analysis,namely the setting up of a cooling water system for each single product on the upper die and the setting up of a cooling water system for the two products on the lower die.Finally,the warpage of plastic parts was analyzed,and the results showed that the minimum warpage was scheme two.Scheme two not only can guarantee the product quality,but also shorten the molding cycle and reduce the production cost.%针对薄壁塑件,提出了2种浇注系统方案,通过模拟流动分析,确定了较为理想的浇注系统,即浇口设置于产品表面中心处.以浇注系统为基础,提出了3种冷却分析方案并进行冷却分析,确定了最佳的冷却方案,即在上模中对单个产品设置一条冷却水路,在下模中则在2个产品中间设置了一条冷却水路.最后对塑件的翘曲变形进行分析,得出方案二翘曲变形最小.方案二不仅能保证产品质量,同时缩短了成型周期,降低了生产成本.
