空心球造孔制备的多孔金属结合剂金刚石砂轮的磨削性能研究

         

摘要

In this experiment, porous metal bond diamond wheels were prepared by hot-pressing sintering method using bronze bond and hollow sphere pore-forming agent. The grinding properties of porous metal bond diamond wheel were tested on alumina ceramic and cast iron. The results show that the grinding resistance of porous metal bond diamond wheel decreases with the porosity increasing, besides, the sharpness and grinding ratio of wheels as well as the ground surface quality of workpiece are improved. On the contrary, both the wheel sharpness and the surface quality of workpiece get worse with the porosity increasing, when the porosity exceed 30%. With the same amount of porosity, the sharpness of fine grit wheel is better than that of the coarse grit wheel. Compared with the grinding effect on HT250 cast iron, the porous metal bonded diamond wheel is more suitable for machining alumina ceramic.%本实验采用青铜结合剂为胎体,通过添加氧化铝空心球并采用热压烧结法,制备出多孔金属结合剂金刚石砂轮,并采用所制备的砂轮对工程陶瓷和铸铁材料进行磨削加工试验.实验结果表明:随着孔隙率的增加,含空心球的多孔金属结合剂金刚石砂轮的磨削阻力减小,砂轮的锋利性、磨削比和被加工工件的表面质量均得到提高;当孔隙率超过30%时,随着孔隙率的继续增大,工件表面质量反而下降,磨削比呈下降趋势,锋利性继而降低;对于同一孔隙率,细粒度造孔剂砂轮的锋利性、磨削比和加工工件表面质量都高于粗粒度造孔剂砂轮;加工Al2O3陶瓷材料的锋利性高于HT250铸铁材料.
