一种多孔金属结合剂金刚石砂轮节块孔隙率的试验研究

     

摘要

与传统金属结合剂金刚石砂轮相比,多孔金属结合剂金刚石砂轮在难加工材料磨削加工时具有磨料易出刃、修整修锐方便和磨削效率高等优点。以人造金刚石、Fe∶Ni-Cr合金金属结合剂及造孔剂为原料,通过真空高温烧结法,制备多孔金属结合剂金刚石砂轮节块。通过排液法测定节块试样的孔隙率,研究原料及其不同配比对节块孔隙率的影响规律,为多孔金属结合剂金刚石砂轮制作提供试验数据。%Compared with the traditional metal bonded diamond wheel , porous metal-bonded diamond grinding wheel has some merits of easy to become sharp ,convenient dressing and truing and higher grinding efficiency in hard material grinding process . Through high-temperature vacuum sintering method ,and using synthetic diamond ,Fe∶Ni-Cr alloy metal binding agent and pore-forming agent as raw materials , to fabricate some segments of porous metal-bonded diamond wheel .Through drain away liquid method for the porosity measurement of the segment ,and study the effect rule of the porosity by saw materials and different ratio of saw materials,to provide experimental data for fabrication of porous metal-bonded diamond grinding wheel .
