金刚石工具磨削石材摩擦磨损特性实验研究

     

摘要

使用电镀金刚石工具磨削石材,通过改变不同的实验参数,对金刚石工具的摩擦磨损特性进行研究.在MMW-1型立式万能摩擦磨损试验机上测试了工具在室温条件下干摩擦磨损性能,采用FA2004电子天平测量金刚石工具的磨损量,用VDM600体式电子显微镜对工具磨损表面进行微观形貌观察,用HV-1000显微硬度计测量石材的显微硬度.实验结果表明:金刚石工具的磨损量和摩擦系数都随着载荷的增加而增加,同时也随主轴转速增加而增加;另外,工具的磨损量和摩擦系数随着石材硬度的增加而增加.%Electroplated diamond tool was used to grind stone. The diamond tools' tribological properties were studied by changing different experiment parameters on MMW-1 vertical universal friction during dry grinding experiments under room temperature. The wear loss of the tool was measured by FA2004 electronic balance. The worn surface of the tool was observed with VDM600 electronic microscope. The hardness of the stone was measured by HV-1000 microscopic hardness tester. Results showed that the wear loss and friction coefficient of the diamond tool increased as the load and the speed of spindle increased. In addition, the wear loss and friction coefficient also increased as the hardness of the stone increased.
