金刚石锯片切割石材摩擦与噪声实验研究

     

摘要

金刚石圆锯片在切割石材过程中,锯片与石材及空气产生摩擦,造成锯片的振动,会产生很大的噪声.以3种石材为实验对象,对其硬度和摩擦系数进行试验测量.采用声级计对不同参数下金刚石锯片切割石材所产生的噪声进行了试验研究.当锯片转速、进给速度、切削深度等加工参数增加,锯切噪声也相应增加.同时利用正交实验法对金刚石圆锯片切割石材噪音影响参数进行了试验.通过极差分析结果可以看出4个因素对金刚石圆锯片噪声影响大小依次为石材硬度、进给速度、切削深度、主轴转速.%Stone was cut by diamond saw blades, friction was produced by saw blades, stone and air, vibration was caused by saw blades, it produce a lot of noise. Three kinds of stone have been studied in this paper. The friction coefficient and hardness between stone and diamond tool is experimental measured. The cutting stone noise of diamond saw blade was tested with a sound level meter under different cutting conditions. The cutting noise is increased with the increasing of the processing parameters ,such as saw speed, feed rate and cutting depth. Meanwhile, the parameters of cutting stone noise of diamond circular saw blade cutting stone was tested with the orthogonal design method. The results showed that stone hardness, feed rate, cutting depth and saw speed are the factors which effect noise of the diamond saw blades.
