从包裹体氧氮质量分数看我国金刚石质的飞跃及提高品质的方向

         

摘要

揭示人造金刚石中包裹体的形状、尺寸、组织特征,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES),分析包裹体的成分及质量分数,并用氧氮分析仪分析金刚石中的氧氮质量分数.得出:近十年我国人造金刚石中包裹体质量分数下降一个数量级,其质量分数低到0.015% ~0.037%,与国外高档金刚石包裹体质量分数的数量级相同,国外包裹体质量分数低到0.01%的高水准;当今,我国金刚石氧的质量分数突破小于0.01%的门槛,接近国外水平.相应测试了金刚石的热冲击指数(TTI).数据指明:包裹体质量分数、氧质量分数显著影响热冲击指数;我国金刚石的热冲击指数和国外高档金刚石相近.作者以包裹体质量分数、氧质量分数等内在结构缺陷和相应的热冲击指数为判据,指明我国金刚石近年有了质的飞跃,阐明我国金刚石与国外高档金刚石相比仍有差距,陈述了进一步提高品质的努力方向.%The shape, size and characteristics of inclusions in synthetic diamonds were revealed. The composition and mass fraction of the inclusions was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) , while mass fractions of the oxygen and nitrogen in diamond were analyzed by oxygen-nitrogen analyzer. It is specified that in China-made diamond mass fraction of inclusion decreased by an order of magnitude in the last decade, which is 0. 015% ~0. 037% , as compared to 0. 01% , the foreign high-grade diamond mass fraction of inclusion. The thermal toughness index ( TTI) of diamonds were also tested. The results indicated that TTI was significantly related to mass fraction of inclusion and oxygen. The TTI value of China-made diamond is closely similar to that of the foreign high-grade diamond. With the inherent defects of the diamond as a criterion, China diamond industry has already achieved a qualitative leap, even though it still lags behind the advanced foreign level. The improvement direction was stated in the end.
