SOME SPECIAL INCLUSIONS IN DIAMOND-BEARING KIMBERLITE FROM EASTERN CHINA: A NEW CATEGORY OF DIAMOND INCLUSIONS

According to the data obtained so far it can be assumed that native silver and silver bearing Fe-Au alloy are come from the lower mantle. Existence of them dispel doubts about their source, contaminative or protogenetic material. For the above reasons it is high time to setting up a new diamond inclusion suite as the forth suite named as M-suite related to mantle metasomatism and mantle magmatism, so as to arouse more attention payed to these profound inclusions in diamond and kimberlite to trace the process of mantle metasomatism and magmatism, to reveal the deep process referred to lower mantle and D" layer, to uncover the process of the core-mantle evolution and mantle evolution, although it is urgent that we need more diamond inclusion data to substantiate M-suite inclusion and to confirm the source of some important minerals found in kimberlite concentrate, such as some native metalic elements and we also need a great deal of data to give a definite boundary between M-suite and P-suite and between M-suite and E-suite. In kimberlite there are different minerals related to corresponding fluids, they are tungsten carbide, native Si, ferdisilicte, fersilicite, native Fe, Ag, Au, unnamed oxygen-free mineral consisting of Si, Fe and Ti, yimengite, chroman kennedyite, phlogopite and carbonates successively from the lower mantle to the upper mantle, implying the fluid changed from fluid I to fluid II in Mengyin and Fuxian kimberlite, China.
