The fine-grained diamond is brazed with Cr-based active filler under argon atmosphere.The microtopography of the interface between diamond grain and brazing filler is observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM).The elements distribution at the interface is investigated by energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS).The graphitization of diamond grain is analyzed by Raman spectroscope.Results show that the brazed filler wraps the diamond grain,that Cr element segregates towards the diamond grain,and that the fine-grained diamond has graphitization damage after high temperature brazing.%采用Cr基钎料对细粒度金刚石在保护气氛下进行钎焊实验,通过SEM对金刚石与钎料界面微观形貌进行了观察分析,利用EDS分析了金刚石、钎料和基体三者之间化学元素的分布情况,借助Raman光谱分析了钎焊后金刚石颗粒的石墨化程度.结果表明:细粒度金刚石钎焊时,钎料爬升较高,钎料中的Cr元素向金刚石磨粒发生偏析,所使用的细粒度金刚石经过高温焊接后,有少许石墨化损伤.
