PURPOSE: A diamond tool is provided to reduce friction between objects and tools since solid lubricant is fused and fused lubricant flows down to the work face.;CONSTITUTION: A diamond tool comprises a shank(52), segments(54), a combining unit(58), and a mixture(60) of lubricant(62) and additives(64). The shank is formed into a cylindrical shape. The segments are formed on the circumference of the shank at fixed intervals. The segments are formed of an abrasive grain-bonded layer(56) and a grain(55). The joint unit is expanded to one side of the shank. The hollow portion is formed inside the joint unit. The hollow of the joint unit is filled with mixture of additive and lubricant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
