涂附磨具制造过程中产生的有机废气的处理方法

摘要

The direct flame combustion to treat organic waste gas in coated abrasives manufacturing process is introduced.The features of the various methods in this field both in China and abroad,such as adsorption,sticking,biological method,oxidation method,are analyzed and compared with the new direct flame combustion treatment method on their economic features.Results show that the flame combustion method has advantages of small investment,simple operation and stability,which is completely clean-up,and very suitable for treating organic waste gas in coated abrasives manufacture.The direct flame combustion treatment method shows its superiority of better environment protection and easy recovery of the heat of organic waste gas.It can achieve the complete utilization of energy and enhance the economic benefits of the enterprises in coated abrasives manufacturing.%介绍了涂附磨具制造时产生的有机废气及直接火焰燃烧处理方法和应用,对在国内外应用较广的吸附法、吸收法、生物法、氧化法进行了阐述.通过对其他废气处理方法的分析与技术、经济对比,结果表明:直接火焰燃烧法投资少,操作简单,稳定可靠,净化彻底,其处理效果是其他几种方法无法达到的,适合涂附磨具制造有机废气的净化处理.不仅可以满足日益提高的环境保护要求,更能方便烟气余热回收,实现能源综合利用,提高企业经济效益.
