金刚石表面化学镀球形突起镍磷合金的研究

     

摘要

经过不同配方的多次实验,研究了镍磷的化学镀工艺,以在人造金刚石粉末表面镀覆结合力较好的球状突起镀层.结果表明:采用最佳配方:硫酸镍36 g/L,次亚磷酸钠20 g/L,柠檬酸钠50 g/L,氯化铵50 g/L,添加剂0.1 g/L,在95℃条件下,用浓氨水调节pH值为9.0左右,连续施镀2h,可得到球形的突起镀层.对镀层的XRD分析结果表明,球形突起镀层在热处理前后均呈现一定的结晶型结构特征.镀层的稳定相晶态是Ni和Ni3P.%A new chemical plating process is implemented to coat nickel-based alloy layer onto the surface of synthetic diamond powder to form spherical protrusions. Results indicate that, spherical protrusions can be obtained by such a chemical plating formula: nickel sulfate 36 g/L, sodium hypophosphite 20 g/L, sodium citrate 50 g/L, ammonium chloride 50 g/L, and chemical additive 0. 1 g/L. The pH value is adjusted to 9. 0 by concentrated ammonia, with the temperature controlled to 95 ℃ , and a continuous plating lasting for 2 hours. The results of the X-ray detection show that spherical protrusions, which consist of Ni and Ni3 P, present certain features of crystalline structure before and after thermal treatment on diamond powders.
