人性化护理在小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒应用效果及血糖指标分析

摘要

目的 研讨人性化护理在小儿DKA(糖尿病酮症酸中毒)中的护理成效.方法 摘取该院2016年9月-2018年10月期间收治的81例DKA患儿资料,44例行人性化护理的患儿为研究组,37例行普通护理的患儿为对照组,其比较两组酸中毒的纠正时间及生命指标.结果 干预后,研究组酸中毒的纠正时间(4.96±1.07)d短于对照组(7.83±1.94)d;且血糖水平(7.10±1.03)mmol/L低于对照组,血钾、血钠水平(4.53±0.55)mmol/L、(142.64±7.36)mmol/L高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 DKA患儿采取人性化护理可缩短酸中毒的纠正时间,改善血糖、血钾、血钠水平.%Objective To study the nursing effect of humanized nursing in children with DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis). Methods 81 children with DKA admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled. 44 children with humanized nursing were the study group, and 37 children with general care were in the control group. The correction time and life index of the two groups of acidosis were compared. Results After intervention, the correction time of acidosis in the study group (4.96±1.07) d was shorter than that of the control group (7.83±1.94) d; and the blood glucose level (7.10±1.03) mmol/L was lower than that of the control group, serum potassium and blood sodium levels (4.53 ±0.55) mmol/L, (142.64±7.36) mmol/L was higher than the control group, the different was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Humanized care for children with DKA can shorten the correction time of acidosis and improve blood glucose, blood potassium and blood sodium levels.
