糖尿病足壳聚糖凝胶剂的研制

摘要

Objective To study the preparation process of chitosan-gelatin for diabetic foot so as to formulate the quality control method. Methods Chitosan and recombinant human epidermal growth factor were used as the materials for the preparation of chitosan-gelatin for diabetic foot. And rat scald model was used to evaluate the effect of chitosan-gelatin for repairing the wound. Results The preparation process of chitosan-gelatin is simple with stable quality. The chitosan-gelatin has significant effect on the skin scald in rats. Conclusion The chitosan-gelatin meets the provisions of the regulations about gelata of Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China with good application prospect in the treatment of diabetic foot.%目的：研究糖尿病足壳聚糖凝胶剂的制备工艺，建立质量控制方法。方法以壳聚糖、重组人表皮因子为材料制备糖尿病足壳聚糖凝胶剂，并以大鼠皮肤烫伤模型评价凝胶剂在创面的修复效果。结果该凝胶剂制备工艺简单，质量稳定，对大鼠皮肤烫伤具有明显的疗效。结论该凝胶剂符合《中华人民共和国药典》凝胶剂项下有关规定，治疗糖尿病足具有良好的应用前景。
