糖尿病产妇良好的胎儿监测对妊娠结局的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of good fetal monitoring of gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnancy out-come. Methods A total of 100 pregnancy gestational diabetes patients, divided into two groups according to the voluntary approach, each group of 50 patients, the experimental group by remote fetal monitoring for gestational diabetes patients without stimulate fetal heart rate monitoring (NST), control group with normal fetal movement counting and regular inspec-tion, finally to two groups of patients with fetal monitoring results and pregnancy outcome were compared and analyzed. Re-sults In the experimental group, the abnormal rate was 34.6% in the control group and two in the control group (P<0.05). The Apgar score of the experimental group was (9.58±0.77), while the control group was (8.70±11.23)(P<0.05), while the control group was not significantly different from the experimental group (P>0.05). Conclusion The remote fetal monitoring method can improve the pregnancy outcome and prevent neonatal disease, so it is worth promoting.%目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病产妇良好的胎儿监测对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取100例妊娠期糖尿病患者，通过自愿的方式分为两组，每组50例患者，实验组采用远程胎儿监测的方式对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行无刺激胎心监护（NST)，对照组采用普通的胎动计数以及定期检查的方式，最后对两组患者的胎儿监测结果以及妊娠结局进行对比分析。结果实验组无刺激胎心监护异常率为34.6%，对照组为25.5%，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），实验组新生儿Ap-gar评分为（9.58±0.77）分，而对照组则为（8.70±11.23）分，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组与实验组在剖宫产率方面差异无统计学意义（P>0.05)。结论远程胎儿监测方式能够改善妊娠结局，预防新生儿疾病，因此值得推广。
