胰岛素或磺脲类药物联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效

摘要

Objective To analyze the insulin or sulfonylureas in combination with metformin treatment of incipient Ⅱclini-cal curative effect of diabetes patients. Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2013-June 2015 in our hospital diag-nosis and treatment of the clinical data of 110 patients with incipient Ⅱdiabetes, according to different therapy treatment is divided into two groups, control group to sulfonylureas in combination with metformin treatment, the team to insulin with metformin therapy, compared two groups of clinical specific treatment. Results The blood sugar and insulin index was obvi-ously improved, the but the team has improved significantly, more is better than that of control group, such as the FBG (6.05±0.55) tendency for L, 2 HPG tendency for L (7.95±0.72) and HOMA-IR (2.79±0.18) is superior to the control group;4.54% lower than the control group 24.07%, and the team complications compared statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined therapy with metformin to insulin incipient Ⅱ diabetes is better than sulfonylureas in combi-nation with metformin, at the same time can improve insulin function, reduce the diabetes complications.%目的：分析胰岛素或磺脲类药物联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年1月—2015年6月该院诊治的110例初发2型糖尿病患者临床资料，按照治疗时不同治疗方案分为两组，对照组予磺脲类药物联合二甲双胍治疗，研究组予胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗，对比两组临床具体治疗情况。结果血糖指标及胰岛素指标均较治疗前明显改善，但是研究组改善幅度更显著，优于对照组，如FBG（6.05±0.55）mmol/L、2 hPG（7.95±0.72）mmol/L及HOMA-IR（2.79±0.18）优于对照组；且研究组并发症4.54%低于对照组24.07%，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病效果优于磺脲类药物联合二甲双胍，同时可改善患者胰岛素功能，降低糖尿病并发症。
