刍议糖尿病患者妊娠期的营养治疗与饮食管理

         

摘要

Objective To study the gestational diabetes nutrition treatment and diet management.Methods selected in our hospital from 2013 August to 2014 August between the gestational diabetes patients 70 cases as the research object, randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group, the control group intervention to be study group, diet management and nutrition therapy, and 35 cases of normal pregnant women as control group, comparative analysis of complications three groups of maternal and newborn. Results the study group too much amniotic fluid were significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Study on the two groups compared with the normal group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) control. The study group of fetal macrosomia, neonatal hypoglycemia, hospitalized neonates were significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant research group and the control group of neonatal complications difference (P>0.05). Management, three groups were no adverse reactions in patients, the difference between groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Patients with diabetes during pregnancy nutrition treatment and diet management can significantly reduce maternal and neonatal complications, worthy of promotion in clinical use.%目的:研究糖尿病患者妊娠期的营养治疗与饮食管理。方法资料选取该院2013年8月—2014年8月间收治的糖尿病妊娠期患者70例作为研究对象,数字随机均分为两组各35例,予以对照组干预治疗,予以研究组饮食管理及营养治疗,同时选取35例健康孕妇作为正常组,分析对比3组母体及新生儿的并发症情况。结果研究组羊水过多例数明显少于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究、对照两组与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组巨大儿、新生儿低血糖、新生儿住院例数明显少于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与正常组新生儿并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理中,3组均无不良反应的患者,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病患者妊娠期的营养治疗及饮食管理能够明显降低孕妇及新生儿的并发症,值得在临床上推广运用。
