血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白联合检测在糖尿病患者临床诊断中的临床价值

摘要

Objective:To study the clinical application value of the condition of glycosylated hemoglobin and serum C peptide level combined detectionmethods on patients suffering from diabetes mellitus implementation diagnosis.Methods in the patients with diabetes and the same period in our hospital in the same age healthy health information of the 40 cases, respectively, defined as the study group and the control group. Glycosylated hemoglobin and serum C peptide level on two groups of subjects were determined, and comparison on Determination results.Results the serum C peptide levels of group of subjects was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the groups of data (P<0.05); glycated hemoglobin level was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the groups of data (P<0.05).Conclusion the serum C in patients with diabetic peptide levels would reduce the anomaly, serum albumin level of glycated will abnormally increased, in the clinical diagnosis of diabetes in the process, can be two indicators as an important reference index for the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.%目的：对应用糖化血红蛋白和血清C肽水平联合检测方式对患有糖尿病的患者的病情实施诊断的临床价值进行研究。方法选择在我院就诊的患有糖尿病的患者和同期同年龄段健康体检健康人资料各40例，分别定义为研究组和对照组。对两组研究对象的糖化血红蛋白和血清C肽水平进行测定，并对比研究测定结果。结果研究组研究对象的血清C肽水平明显低于对照组，组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05)；糖化血红蛋白水平明显高于对照组，组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者血清C肽水平会异常降低，糖化血清蛋白水平会异常升高，在临床糖尿病诊断过程中，可以将两项指标作为对糖尿病进行诊断的重要参考指标。
