目的：研究并且总结2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变进行超声检查的临床意义，为临床诊断和评价患者预后提供参考依据。方法抽取该院内科2012年1月—2016年1月收治2型糖尿病患者130例为研究组对象，抽取相同时间段来院体检健康人员130例为对照组对象。使用彩色超声多普勒仪器检测所有研究对象下肢血管，统计并比较两组人员下肢斑块发生部位、发生率以及血管狭窄程度。结果研究组下肢血管斑块发生率显著高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。研究组下肢血管狭窄程度等级例数显著大于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变使用超声检测能够准确评价斑块发生部位和血管狭窄程度。%Objective To study and summarize in patients with type 2 diabetes lower limb vascular lesions in clinical sig-nificance of ultrasound, provide reference basis for the prognosis of patients with clinical diagnosis and evaluation. Methods To extract the hospital internal medicine in January 2012 - January 2016 treated 130 patients with type 2 diabetes as re-search object, draw the same time to hospital medical health personnel 130 cases as the control object. Using color doppler ultrasound instrument testing all the research object of lower extremities vascular, statistics and compare two groups lower limbs plaque location, the incidence and degree of vascular stenosis. Results The team incidence of lower limb vascular plaque is significantly higher than control group (P< 0.05). Team of lower limb vascular stenosis degree levels were signifi-cantly greater than the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes lower limb vascular lesions using ultrasonic testing can accurately evaluate plaque location and degree of vascular stenosis.
