冠心病合并糖尿病患者中医证候分析

摘要

Objective to analyze the TCM Syndromes of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus. Meth-ods a total of 2012 740 cases of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital from April to 2015 June and complications of diabetes mellitus, 245 cases research, cross-sectional survey method was used on the TCM syndromes were analyzed, and statistical processing. Results 245 cases of patients with the main TCM syndromes: 115 cases of qi deficiency, accounting for 46.94%, 120 cases of phlegm, was 48.98%, blood, 168 cases, 68.57%); subgroup analysis results confirm qi stagnation syndrome is a common symptom of coronary heart disease and diabetes & high lipid in patients with hyperlipidemia. Con-clusion Qi deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis is in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus of basic syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine, the key pathogenesis is stagnation of Qi.%目的：分析冠心病合并糖尿病患者的中医证候。方法选取2012年4月—2015年6月该院收治的740例冠心病患者中同时合并糖尿病的245例进行调研，采用现况调查方法对其中医证候要素进行分析，并予以统计处理。结果245例患者的主要中医证候为：气虚115例，占46.94%，痰浊120例，占48.98%，血瘀168例，占68.57%；亚组分析结果证实气滞证是冠心病合并糖尿病蒹高脂血症患者的常见症状。结论气虚、痰浊、血瘀是冠心病合并糖尿病患者的中医基本证候，其关键病机在于气滞。
