社区应用免散瞳眼底镜筛查890例糖尿病患者眼底分析

摘要

目的：探讨应用免散瞳眼底镜检查在社区糖尿病患者眼底筛查和糖尿病视网膜病变诊断分期及指导治疗中的应用价值。方法对890例糖尿病患者(1780只眼)进行常规眼底检查并将结果进行整理分期。结果890例糖尿病患者检出糖尿病视网膜病变者共196(362只眼)例,根据I~II期药物治疗,III~IV期全视网膜激光光凝治疗,V~VI期进行玻璃体切割术治疗的原则进行指导治疗,前往专业眼科机构进行治疗,治疗后社区进行随访。结论免散瞳眼底镜检查是社区早期诊断糖尿病视网膜病变的有效工具,对社区糖尿病视网膜病变的筛查的重要手段。%Objective To study the application of free mydriatic fundus ophthalmoscope examination in the community dia-betes patients and diabetic retinopathy diagnosis in installment application value and guiding treatment.
