条盒烟输送及装封箱机系统工艺探讨

With the continuous improvement of the product quality requirements in industrial automatic production, the information management must be efficient and accurate to realize the accurate tracking and controlling of the productsquality. The paper introducespresent situation of thebox packing and sealing systemat home and abroad. In this paper a new process schemeis provided, which introducesthe box packing and sealing system of thesingle piece cigarette produced by single packing machine. It solves the problem that the product quality problems cannot be traced and controlled quickly and accurately in the process of production.%随着工业自动化生产对产品质量要求的不断提高,信息化管理必须高效准确,实现产品质量的准确追踪和控制.论文介绍了国内外装封箱系统的现状,提供了一种单件条盒烟包装纸箱对单台包装机组生产的条盒烟产品的装封箱系统新工艺方案,解决了生产过程中发现产品质量问题时,无法快速准确追溯和控制的问题.
