Cigarettes packer is widely used in factory automation equipment. The electrical control system of old cigarette packing machine is the S5 system, in which there is no interactive digital information and monitoring capabilities. Now,S7 control system is used in the machine,in order to meet the technical requirements of MES system data acquisition projects.%条烟装封箱机是广泛应用于卷烟厂的自动化生产设备,条烟装封箱机的电气控制系统为S5系统,没有数字化信息交互与监控的功能.为满足了MES系统和数据采集项目的技术要求,现在将条烟装封箱机的电气控制系统由S5升级到STEP7控制系统,同时配置工业监控机.
