Preliminary Study on the New Training Model of General Practitioner under the Model of Medical Association Model

This paper analyzes the defects and deficiencies of the traditional general practitioner training model, discusses the feasibility of one-to-one teaching with credit system and tutorial system, and provides an all-round and diversified learning experience by setting up various teaching scenes and teaching models and with the help of information platform. Understanding the actual needs of basic-level general practitioners in clinical work, setting up personalized learning content, and providing convenient learning channels through the Internet have improved the initiative and participation of general practitioners in teaching activities, truly improved the diagnosis and treatment level of basic-level general practitioners.
