To facilitate the engineering implementation of a MIMO detection algorithm,it is important to know how its performance changes with certain system parameters. The performance of sphere decoding algorithms is evaluated,with minimum mean-square error algorithm used as the benchmark for comparison,in the application scenario of LTE-A uplink. The established im-plementation scheme of SD algorithms takes the compensation of carrier frequency offset into consideration,and makes a re-placement of MMSE with ful functionalities. Based on the results generated by a simulation platform compliant with 3GPP standards,the performance gain of SD with respect of MMSE is analyzed in the aspects of its varying trends related to CFO and the number of antenna,thereby verifying the robustness of SD algorithms against CFO,as wel as other properties con-cerning the applicability of SD algorithms.%了解MIMO检测算法的性能随系统参数如何变化,对于其工程实现具有重要的意义。对LTE-A上行链路的应用场景中球形译码(SD)算法的性能进行了评估,所采用的比较基准为最小均方误差(MMSE)算法。所构造的SD算法实现方案考虑了对载波频率偏移(CFO)的补偿,进而以完整功能取代了MMSE。通过由遵循3GPP标准的仿真平台中给出的结果,在SD相对MMSE的性能增益与CFO以及天线数相关的变化趋势方面进行了分析,从而验证了SD算法对CFO的鲁棒性等与适用性密切相关的性能。
