技能大赛常态化背景下的教学改革实践研究--以六安职业技术学院服装专业教学改革为例

培养技术技能型人才的职业教育是当前的热点话题，技能大赛作为促进学生成长成才的重要平台，得到了各级政府和学校的高度重视。在技能大赛常态化的背景下，通过推进技能大赛与教学改革有效融合，丰富技能大赛载体与平台，创新职业教育改革新模式，努力推进高职院校服装专业教学改革，从而更好地实现人才培养的目标，服务于地方经济社会发展。%Vocational education that cultivate technical talents is a hot topic. Skil Competition as an important platform for promoting students to grow up, get great attention at al levels of government and school. Against the background of the normal development of Skil Competition, carrier and platform of Skil Competition wil be abundant, and a new mode of occupation education reform wil be innovatived, through efficacious integration of Skil Competition and teaching reform. Al the efforts can promote the teaching reform of garment design specialty in higher vocational coleges, in order to better achieve the objective of cultivating talents, and serving the local economic and social development.
