面向不同层次的养老需求模式构建--以南京理工大学社区为例

摘要

建立不同层次养老模式，首先需要关注老年人的需求，其次为老年人有针对性地搭建相关服务，最终构建面向不同层次的养老模式。本文以孝陵卫200号社区为例，通过实地调研、回归分析、功能模拟、迭代推导、案例验证等方法分析了不同层次的老年人不同层次的需求，同时借鉴大量国内外成功案例，为本土化的不同层次的养老模式构建提供了具体的建议和实施方案，提供了一系列解决当下养老问题的新思路。%To build a model based on different levels of demand of the elderly, first of al, it needs to focus on the demand of the elderly, and then we can provide relative services for them.
