服务设计视角下的商业空间城市农业

摘要

There are series of successful urban agriculture service mode in the world, such as CSA, multifunctional farm, community garden,etc. These services is not only to spread the methods of sustainability but also solve issues of food security and shortage of urban Natural landscape ,etc. This paper focus on the emerging phenomenon of urban agriculture in commercial space and uncover its features and potential opportunities with case study at the first part. Meanwhile ,the author propose preliminary service design strategies at the last part. The solution may provide research foundation for further study of urban Agriculture in commercial space, and also provide a theoretical reference for service design practice in similar situation.%服务设计介入城市农业在世界范围内已有诸多成功模式，例如社区支持农业、多功能农场、社区农园等。不但传播了可持续思想，而且也在一定程度上解决了食品安全、城市自然环境匮乏等问题。本文针对新出现的商业空间城市农业现象，运用案例研究法得出商业空间城市农业的特征以及潜在机会，并初步提出设计策略，为进一步研究商业空间城市农业提供研究基础，也为相似情境下的服务设计实践提供了理论依据。
